3. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery inside Dhaka typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Delivery outside Dhaka across all divisions is completed within 3 to 5 business days via verified courier services.
4. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must remain unused with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
